The following form shall be used by a municipality transferring from Fund A to Fund B: (Name of municipality) transfers from Fund A to Fund B of the Connecticut municipal employees' retirement fund, in accordance with the procedure established by sections 7-442 and 7-427 of the general statutes, as amended, (insert such of the following as are applicable:) all its members of said Fund A its policemen and firemen who are members of said Fund A except the members of the following collective bargaining units which have already been included in said municipal employees' retirement fund by collective bargaining agreement: (naming the units) |
