The following waters shall be designated fish refuges and shall be closed to all fishing. (a) Farmington River power company canal from the Rainbow Dam downstream to it confluence with the Farmington River. (b) Rainbow Reservoir from Rainbow Dam upstream to the buoys which mark the downstream limits of boating. |
