Sec.17a-636-30. Effect of filing, public records

Latest version.

(a) The filing with the Commission of any complaint, petition or other request of any nature whatsoever shall not relieve any person of the obligation to comply with any statute of the state of Connecticut or any regulation or order of the Commission.
(b) Any request, petition, or application filed for the purpose of securing from the Commission any final decision or other action authorized by law shall be part of the public records of the Commission as defined by statute.
