Statement of liability insurance coverage
Each applicant for a motorcycle registration shall sign and file with the commissioner a statement, under penalty of false statement, as provided under section 14-110 of the Connecticut General Statutes, that the owner thereof has provided and shall continuously maintain throughout the registration period the liability insurance coverage required by section 14-112 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
