Sec.38a-501a-1. Applicability and scope

Except as otherwise specifically provided, Sections 38a-501a-1 to 38a-501a-16, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies apply to all individual short term care insurance policies delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after the effective date of said sections by any insurer.
