Sec.38a-138-8. Annual registration of insurers - statement filing

An insurer required to file an annual registration statement pursuant to section 38a-135 of the Connecticut General Statutes shall furnish the required information on Form B (Appendix B of sections 38a-138-1 to 38a-138-16, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies).
