Sec.31-255-5. Effective dates of payment

The covering state shall, for all purposes of its law, consider the contributions transferred under this agreement to have been paid to it as of the date or dates such contributions were paid to the refunding state. The covering state shall, for all purposes of its law, consider benefits which were erroneously paid by the refunding state and for which reimbursement was made to the refunding state to have been paid by it as of the date or dates such benefits were paid by the refunding state. It is expressly understood and agreed that the covering state may prescribe the extent of any retroactive recomputation of contribution rate.
