(a) The requirement for possession of a Connecticut Migratory Bird Conservation Stamp while hunting or taking waterfowl shall be in addition to the requirement for possession of a Connecticut small game hunting license and any other permit or stamp required by Connecticut or federal law. The stamp shall not be transferable. (b) The price of the Connecticut Migratory Bird Conservation Stamp shall be no more than thirteen dollars. Such stamps shall be issued annually beginning on January first and shall be valid for the calendar year of issuance, expiring on December 31 of said year. |
