Sec.26-112-44. Closed seasons

Latest version.

(a) Streams. Fishing is allowed throughout the year in streams except as provided in sections 26-112-46 and 26-112-48 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
(b) Lakes and Ponds. Fishing is allowed throughout the year at lakes and ponds.
