(a) The Department of Public Health shall post a summary of disciplinary actions taken by the Connecticut Medical Examining Board on the Board's web page within five business days of the Board's monthly meeting. (b) The summary posted to the Board's web page in accordance with subsection (a) of this section shall note specifically any disciplinary actions that are stayed pursuant to section 4-183(f) of the Connecticut General Statutes while an appeal is pending. |
