Sec.19a-401-1. Definitions

As used in sections 19a-401-1 to 19a-401-6, inclusive, 19a-401-9, 19a-401-10, and 19a-401-12 to 19a-401-17, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
(a) "Commission" means the Commission on Medicolegal Investigations.
(b) "Office" means the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
(c) "Institution" has the same meaning as provided in section 19a-490 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
