Any call may be terminated for the following reasons:
(a) Violation of unit rules.
(b) Illegal activity.
(c) Exceeding applicable time limits.
(d) Vandalism or misuse of equipment.
(e) Threatening or disruptive behavior.
(f) In the event of a unit emergency.
(g) For a legitimate penological interest.
