Every professional solicitor who orally solicits persons in this state, including, but not limited to, use of a telephone, shall conspicuously and clearly state the following information to each prospective contributor at the commencement of each solicitation: (a) his true name; (b) that he is a professional solicitor; and (c) if he is an officer, employee, servant, agent or representative in whatever capacity designated of a professional soliciting firm, the name of such firm as it is on file with the Department of Consumer Protection. |
