Sec.16-304-C12. Index of commodity rates

In a tariff containing commodity rates, there shall be shown in index of articles, alphabeticaly arranged, with reference to page or item in which each is shown. Rates and minimum charges shall be clearly shown as provided in section 16-304-C11.
