Sec.10-153e-13. Reference of complaint to agent; investigation

All complaints filed with the board shall be automatically referred to the agent, who shall investigate the same with due diligence; provided, however, that the agent may return to the Complainant, without investigation, any complaint which does not comply with section l0-153e-11 of these regulations.
