These rules set forth the procedure to be followed by the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board in the disposition of a request for an advisory opinion as to the applicability of any provision of chapter 10 of the Connecticut General Statutes or of any regulation or order of the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board.
