Sec.1-81-9. Disclosure of the names and addresses of creditors

For the purpose of determining creditors to whom the filer, his or her spouse or dependent children, individually, owed debts of more than ten thousand dollars, pursuant to section 1-83(b)(1)(F) of the Connecticut General Statutes, the offsetting of an account payable with a separate account receivable shall not be permitted.
