Sec.1-81-24. Form of disclosure

The disclosure of any necessary expenses required pursuant to section 1-84(k) of the Connecticut General Statutes shall be in writing, dated, and signed under penalty of false statement by the recipient. The disclosure may be made by means of a letter or memorandum to the Office of State Ethics. Alternatively, disclosure may be accomplished by using form ETH-NE promulgated by the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board for this purpose.
